REDISCOVERING RIMMEL STAY MATTE

The Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Transparent was one of the first makeup items I bought and used religiously. I loved it. But I dropped mine a while ago and it smashed so I stopped using it and never got round to buying a new one until two days ago. HOW HAVE I LIVED WITHOUT IT?!

The powder is very soft and fine so it's almost invisible even on my dry skin - no cake face I promise. It keeps my makeup where it should be all day and stops me looking like a shiny, greasy mess. Mmm...nice. The only downside is the packaging which is not very sturdy and the lid has an annoying habit of falling off but hey, it's £3.99 so I can let that slide.

Have you rediscovered any old favourites recently?

Thanks for reading, Lucy x

  1. Ahhh I absolutely LOVE rediscovering old favourites like this! I've used this powder everyday since I first bought it I think! (apart from when I went through my bod shop powder phase and proceeded to drop it on the floor... haha). Sometimes I think the simple, cheap powders are the best! :)
